TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDITPHOTOSFORFREE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICH IS CURRENTLY ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).
